What the fee does not include

Vendor contracts, warehouse compute, and the overtime your engineers will spend implementing events sit outside these numbers. We will say so in the first reply. Refunds, if a programme has already begun, follow the rules on our refund page.

If you are a public-sector team in the United Kingdom and need a purchase-order trail, mention it in the form. We have issued them before; we do not pretend the paperwork is glamorous.
