Cohort Instrumentation
Modules run from taxonomy hearings to a live readout critique. The limitation is honest: we do not certify tool vendors, and Mixpanel, Amplitude, or BigQuery fluency is assumed, not taught from zero.

Manager Cachecore is a measurement atelier in Fordstreet. We work with App Analytics the way a conservatory works with sound: naming, tuning, and refusing noise that only looks like insight.
From the journal
Event names rot quietly. The damage shows up months later in a board pack nobody trusts.
Read the noteFlagship room
The only programme we teach in full public detail. You leave with an event taxonomy your engineers will actually implement, plus a written standard for cohort windows that marketing cannot silently widen.
Seats are informationally priced. There is no checkout on this site; a registrar replies by email after you write to the desk.

How we listen
If the event is `Home_Viewed_v3`, you have already lost the next redesign. We train teams to describe user intent in language that survives a navigation rewrite.
A seven-day window that quietly becomes fourteen when the chart looks ugly is not analysis. It is theatre. Every programme here treats the window as a signed agreement.
The artefact we grade is the written readout: what moved, for whom, and what you will stop doing. Charts are allowed in as evidence, not as the conclusion.
Heard in the rooms
“The taxonomy hearing in week three forced us to retire fourteen events we had been polishing for a year. Painful, and overdue.”
Elena M., product analytics, Leeds
“I still think the private atelier fee is steep for a five-person studio. The cohort critique on Funnel Forensics, though, is the first time our activation chart had a sentence under it.”

An invitation, not a funnel
We keep a small calendar. The desk in Fordstreet answers within two working days. Bring a screenshot you are ashamed of; it is more useful than a polished deck.
