Terms of use

Last updated 18 August 2026. These terms govern the website manager-cachecore.digital and any enquiry you send through it.

Acceptance

By browsing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, close the page. Enrolment in a taught room, purchase of Field Notes, or a Private Atelier is not completed on this website; a separate written confirmation will apply when we issue one. Until then, fees shown here are informational only.

Who we are

Manager Cachecore is a teaching practice contactable at 58 Main Rd; Fordstreet; CO6 4AN; United Kingdom, by telephone on 079 1892 4715, and at info@manager-cachecore.digital.

The service

The site describes App Analytics education: syllabi, journal essays, and contact forms. We do not operate a payment checkout, a member login, or a live classroom in the browser. Mock form submissions on this static host confirm only that your browser can post a message; they are not a contract.

Intellectual property

Page copy, the house event-pattern list as published in Field Notes, and the visual design of this site belong to Manager Cachecore unless a credit says otherwise. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not republish a full essay, syllabus, or the Field Notes PDF. Photographs are loaded from third-party public hosts and remain subject to those hosts’ licences.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the contact form to send malware, bulk advertising, or personal data about other people without a lawful basis. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades access for readers. Course descriptions must not be presented as vendor certification.

No professional advice

Journal essays and syllabi are educational. They are not legal, financial, or statistical advice for a particular product. Decisions about shipping, fundraising, or employment remain yours.

Liability

The site is provided as described. We are not liable for losses that arise from relying on an informational price, from a third-party image failing to load, or from your implementation of an event taxonomy in production. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any liability that English law does not allow to be limited.

Availability

We may change or withdraw pages, including course outlines, without notice. A 404 page means the path is not part of the current site, not that a programme has been secretly cancelled; write to the desk if you are unsure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom, specifically the courts of England and Wales, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this website, without prejudice to any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Changes

If we revise these terms we will update the date above. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised text.
